I prefer Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit or debit card online. I am also happy to accept debit or credit cards over the phone. Please contact me if you wish to pay this way.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours are accurately represented, please be aware that variations will occur between monitors.
Materials
All the metal used in my pieces is either nickel free or compliant with current EU guidelines on nickel content. Most items are delivered free within the UK. Items are sent 1st Class days, unless otherwise stated. I always obtain a certificate of posting. If you would like signed for or special delivery, please contact me before purchase. International Orders
I am very happy to accept international orders, but there will be a charge for postage - please contact me for details before placing your order. Please note that Paypal is the only payment method accepted for overseas sales. Delivery
All items are carefully packaged. If you you are buying a present for someone and would like it gift wrapped and sent to a different address please let me know and I will be happy to do that. Returns In the unlikely event that you should need to return your purchase please contact me to discuss the reason for return. I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of reciept and will issue a refund less postage. For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if faulty. As jewellery can contain small parts, it may not be suitable for young children. Any pieces given to children are done so entirely at your own risk..
